About The Position

Manage the daily operations of the grow and processing facility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting production standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly.
Monitor output and quality to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations.
Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment.
Organize production schedules, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant facility

Requirements

• Passionate about the cannabis industry, developing team members, and the plant itself.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve maximum results and a positive and safe team culture.
• Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process improvement and techniques.
• Strategic planning, attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions, problem solve and coordinate productively between the national and local teams.
