Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
