About The Position

The Field Operations Coordinator II plays a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of field operations across multiple markets. Building on foundational responsibilities from the Coordinator I role, this position assumes additional accountability for process improvement initiatives, higher-level reporting, cross-functional coordination, and oversight of key operational workflows such as capital tracking, vendor management, and systems optimization. The Coordinator II is expected to take greater initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting operational leaders in execution.

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must possess 5+ years progressive administrative assistance experience.
  • Must possess strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • This is a safety sensitive role and as such all candidates must pass a drug test, inclusive of marijuana, regardless of medical marijuana license status.

  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, bend at the knees and waist and walk
  • Regularly required to use hands to type, handle objects and paperwork
  • Required to reach and hold on to items at chest level or reach above the shoulder
  • Required to use close vision and be able to adjust focus.

  • Experience coordinating multi-site logistics, vendor relations, and internal process improvement projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for advanced administrative support within Field Operations across regional locations.
  • Manage and streamline complex administrative processes including A/R, A/P, inventory, capital expenses, and equipment tracking.
  • Oversee the Drop Bury process for all markets, ensuring timely completion, compliance, and cross-departmental communication.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of detailed weekly and monthly operations reports and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Support Field Operations leadership in developing and implementing strategic process improvements and administrative procedures.
  • Manage regional facility coordination, including vendor relationships, service contracts, office maintenance, and security badge access.
  • Plan, organize, and execute logistics for large-scale trainings, cross-functional leadership meetings, and field operations workshops.
  • Monitor and forecast departmental supply and equipment needs; ensure efficient procurement and cost control.
  • Review, format, and maintain official company documents, SOPs, and field operations manuals.
  • Partner with finance, fleet, IT, HR, and construction teams to support interdepartmental coordination.
  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, reduce expenses, or enhance the field employee experience.
  • Provide advanced administrative and project support to senior field operations leadership.
  • Serve as a mentor and escalation point for Field Operations Coordinator I team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
