STV is seeking a Field Project Operations and Technology Manager to support project delivery through effective on-site coordination and operational oversight. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. As a liaison between field teams, project management, and external partners, the Field Coordinator helps drive communication, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of project delivery. Responsibilities

  • Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate and monitor daily field activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact between project managers, field staff, contractors, utility agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Project Execution Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to maintain progress, meet milestones, and uphold regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, track field progress, and support reporting requirements through organized data management and documentation control.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address field challenges, helping mitigate risk and maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
