Field Project Operations and Technology Manager
About The Position
STV is seeking a Field Project Operations and Technology Manager to support project delivery through effective on-site coordination and operational oversight. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. As a liaison between field teams, project management, and external partners, the Field Coordinator helps drive communication, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of project delivery. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects while supporting STV’s commitment to quality, safety, and client service. Responsibilities
- Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate and monitor daily field activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact between project managers, field staff, contractors, utility agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Project Execution Support: Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to maintain progress, meet milestones, and uphold regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, track field progress, and support reporting requirements through organized data management and documentation control.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address field challenges, helping mitigate risk and maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
