Position Overview The Katapult Field Retail Growth Manager reports to the Head of National Field Retail Sales & Growth and serves as Katapult’s primary in-market representative across assigned Southeast retail territories. This role is responsible for driving adoption, revenue growth, operational execution, and partner engagement across franchise, regional, district, and store leadership. The Field Retail Sales & Growth Manager ensures seamless delivery of Katapult’s financial services across omnichannel partners while serving as the trusted field liaison between retail partners and internal Katapult teams.
