In the Final Assembly Technician role, you assemble, wire, fit, and modify work in the manufacture of medium and high voltage, indoor and outdoor assemblies, breaker and auxiliary compartments, breakers, customer service orders, power modules, and any sub-assemblies associated with these. Work from manufacturing information, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and written or verbal instructions from supervisors or engineering, following established procedures. Complete ISO checklists, quality checklists, customer checklists, feedback forms, and production lists as required by supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering. Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wiring operations as needed. Receive, pick, label, pack, and prepare materials and assemblies for shipment. Maintain minimum Kanban inventory levels and report shortages to the appropriate personnel.Inspect all assemblies for secure hardware, completeness, and cleanliness. Respond to change notices, customer-requested adjustments, and development needs. Maintain active forklift certification. Operate an overhead crane. Work at heights ranging from 4 to 15 feet.
