Responsibilities
- Review and explain treatment fees and payment options with patients and families
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Post payments and manage patient accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
