About The Position

Join our Carver's Fine Dining team as a Server and become a key contributor to creating unforgettable dining experiences. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, coordinating the delivery of high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining the elegant ambiance of our restaurant. This role requires a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of serving experience, preferably in a fine dining setting.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and serve food and beverages with precision and elegance.
• Provide personalized and attentive service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol safety standards, including verifying legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized service station and dining area.
