About The Position

This position is part of our Extended Season , requiring availability from early May through the first week of January 2027. Applicants must be able to commit to working during this entire time frame. Recommended age of 17 years or older. Job Description: This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of assigned stands in compliance with health code, safety park and company operation standards.

Requirements

  • Recommended age of 17 years or older.
  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work up to 40 hours per week during daily operation including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and after school.
  • Ability to participate in all training sessions.
  • Working knowledge of all departmental and park-wide policies.
  • Meet or exceed location(s)’s expected financial contribution.
  • Ability to lift up to thirty (30) pounds.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with Hosts management, and guests.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks.
  • Effective decision-making abilities.
  • Detail oriented and punctual.
  • Ability to lead and set a positive example.
  • Ability to work alongside Hosts to ensure quality of performance.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of safety, guest service, and cleanliness and hold Hosts accountable.

  • Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen, as applicable.
  • Completion of Food Services "Train the Trainer" course and all necessary leadership training

Responsibilities

  • Act as quality assurance inspector in respective location, ensure food is high quality.
  • Operate locations with efficient use of labor and resources, addressing any issues immediately.
  • Ensure breaks and hours worked are compliant with park and state policy.
  • Ensure stand product/equipment needs are met.
  • Contact maintenance when necessary.
  • Enter spoilage, requisitions, and transfers in inventory management software daily.
  • Address guest and Host concerns, report concerns to the area Senior Supervisor or Manager when warranted.
  • Ensure Hosts are upselling and acting in a professional manner.
  • Ensure Hosts follow grooming and uniform guidelines.
  • Enforce all policies to ensure the safety of Hosts and guests.
  • Ensure all Hosts are professionally trained per documented procedures.
  • Ensure all Hosts complete assigned side tasks.
  • Follow and enforce safe food handling protocols throughout the flow of food.
  • Perform and document Safety Critical Checklists daily and turn into the food office at the end of each day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized stand.
  • Ensure stands meet Steritech and health department criteria as outline by department leadership.
  • Complete assigned deep cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain department equipment in proper working condition (radios, clipboards, etc.).
  • Work directly with Hosts to monitor guest satisfaction through efficiency and guest interaction.
  • Conduct weekly inventory.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
