Your Role: As a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator/Physical Therapy Technician, you will play a crucial role in our outpatient services team. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk duties and actively participating as a Physical Therapy Technician. This role requires flexibility to work both roles, in our clinic located in Cullman, Alabama.
Requirements
- High school graduate: additional education preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in a front office setting (healthcare environment preferred for Front Desk Administrator).
- Willingness to learn and work within a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in the clinic located in Cullman, Alabama
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone.
- Manage patient interactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
- Coordinate the initiation of care with therapy staff and external agencies.
- Maintain staff productivity through effective visit distribution.
- Act as a liaison between therapy staff, other agency personnel, and administrators.
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans.
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under supervision.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Assist with equipment setup and maintain clean treatment areas.
- Support with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
