About The Position

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while performing front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest assistance. This role represents the hotel’s first and last impression and plays a key part in ensuring a positive guest experience consistent with Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

  • Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience a plus
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and billing inquiries
  • Process payments, post charges, and balance shift transactions
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance regarding room status and guest needs
  • Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
