About The Position

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while performing front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest assistance. This role represents the hotel’s first and last impression and plays a key part in ensuring a positive guest experience consistent with Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

Prior hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience a plus
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and billing inquiries
Process payments, post charges, and balance shift transactions
Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance regarding room status and guest needs
Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
