Job Summary The General Superintendent is responsible for the overall performance, coordination, and development of field operations for their assigned division. This role ensures crews are properly planned, equipped, trained, and supported to deliver safe, high‑quality, productive work. Reporting to the Director of Denver Field Operations , the General Superintendent serves as the primary field leader for the division, overseeing day‑to‑day execution, managing field personnel, and partnering closely with Project Management to achieve safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes. This is a key leadership role focused on people development, workforce planning, field culture, productivity, and safety execution.
