About The Position

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across multiple commercial roofing divisions, including Coatings & Foam, Hot & Tile, Metal, Service, and Single-Ply. You will lead field crews, ensure safety compliance, manage job site activities, and uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing installation and repair.
  • Knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Proven experience managing crews and directing field personnel.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Team player attitude is a must.
  • Ability to climb a 40-foot ladder and lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of multiple production crews across all roofing divisions.
  • Ensure that crews operate efficiently and meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide on-site leadership, support, and direction to field staff to ensure successful project execution.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew performance to maintain consistency in service and workmanship.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
  • Follow industry best practices and company standards to deliver high-quality roofing installations and repairs.
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and training.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between field crews, project managers, and company leadership.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, from laborers to executives.
  • Represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
  • Provide feedback and progress updates to management regarding crew performance, job progress, and any challenges.
  • Oversee job site execution to ensure work meets company standards, customer expectations, and project specifications.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or quality concerns.
  • Ensure proper materials and equipment are available and used appropriately on job sites.
  • Handle additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
