About The Position

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across multiple commercial roofing divisions, including Coatings & Foam, Hot & Tile, Metal, Service, and Single-Ply. You will lead field crews, ensure safety compliance, manage job site activities, and uphold high standards of workmanship and professionalism. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing installation and repair.
Knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Proven experience managing crews and directing field personnel.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Team player attitude is a must.
Ability to climb a 40-foot ladder and lift heavy objects.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee the daily activities of multiple production crews across all roofing divisions.
Ensure that crews operate efficiently and meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide on-site leadership, support, and direction to field staff to ensure successful project execution.
Train, mentor, and evaluate crew performance to maintain consistency in service and workmanship.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Follow industry best practices and company standards to deliver high-quality roofing installations and repairs.
Comply with company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Conduct routine safety inspections and participate in safety meetings and training.
Serve as a key point of contact between field crews, project managers, and company leadership.
Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, from laborers to executives.
Represent the company with the highest levels of professionalism, respect, and integrity at all times.
Provide feedback and progress updates to management regarding crew performance, job progress, and any challenges.
Oversee job site execution to ensure work meets company standards, customer expectations, and project specifications.
Address and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or quality concerns.
Ensure proper materials and equipment are available and used appropriately on job sites.
Handle additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
