Requirements

GMC experience is a must
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Self-starter, great attitude, high integrity, and energy.
Professional appearance.
Dependable transportation.
Effective analytical and communication skills.
Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
Ability to work some scheduled Saturday’s.
Experience with a DMS system, preferably CDK, and MS Office Outlook, Excel, and Word preferred
All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment.
Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance helpful.

Responsibilities

Assist front and back counter, retail customers, via phone, email, and in person.
Build and sustain customer relationships with a friendly personality.
Promote all brands and programs to customers.
Working knowledge of the parts sales process from start to finish.
Document and submit a special-order request.
Excellent phone etiquette skills.
Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
