About The Position

We are looking for our first GTM Enablement leader partner to bridge the gap between our high-level business strategy and the daily execution of our sales team. As a fast-growing startup, we have the "what" and the "why" figured out—now we need you to build the "how." This isn't a role for someone who just likes to make slide decks. We need a builder who can translate complex business needs into actionable training, playbooks, and processes that help our reps close deals faster and our managers coach more effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, PMM, or a related GTM role in the CyberSecurity business.
  • Ability to build and execute programs and processes from scratch
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication
  • Ability to turn complexity into clear, usable guidance for the field
  • A practical, high-ownership mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build and run onboarding programs that get new hires productive fast
  • Organize agendas, stakeholders, tools, and resources so reps know where to find what they need and how to use it
  • Partner with PMM, Product, Sales, and Leadership to create clear, effective sales messaging
  • Build and deliver sales assets, talk tracks, battlecards, and training
  • Improve competitive intelligence and align positioning across teams
  • Support deal readiness by helping reps prioritize accounts, sharpen messaging, and prepare for strategic opportunities
  • Drive adoption of tools, content, and processes that improve field effectiveness
  • Use AI and enablement tools to increase team productivity and execution
