Summary: As Go-To-Market Lead, you will support the product team to optimize and scale Ada’s datacenter offerings that align and exceed industry standards and customer standards. This role focuses on translating market insight and customer requirements into clear commercial strategies that guide product offerings, customer engagement, and pricing structures. Working cross-functionally, the role helps ensure consistent execution from strategy through deal delivery, supporting sustainable revenue growth and strong customer relationships in a capital-intensive, rapidly evolving data center environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales / Revenue Operations, or other similar industry.
  • Proven experience in GTM, product marketing, or commercial strategy within data centers, cloud infrastructure, hardware, or related technology sectors.
  • Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, colocation operators, or large enterprise infrastructure buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product roadmaps into commercial plans, segmentation strategies, and scalable launch frameworks.
  • Strong track record building sales enablement materials—value propositions, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and customer‑ready narratives.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback, competitive signals, and industry trends into actionable insights for product and executive teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on GTM priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team and with technical and executive audiences.

  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience partnering with regional sales leaders to drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent execution across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clear, repeatable GTM frameworks that accelerate product adoption.
  • Translate product roadmaps into commercial plans, including scope, segmentation, pricing, and contract strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and revenue impact.
  • Gather customer feedback, market signals, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends across data center infrastructure, cloud, edge, and sustainability, ensuring offerings align with customer demand, capacity availability, and long‑term capital deployment priorities.
  • Equip revenue teams with the tools, training, and messaging needed to sell data center products effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams to define and shape pipeline growth, adoption, pursuit strategy, and deal structure for hyperscale transactions.
  • Develop customer presentations, value propositions, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards.
  • Lead technical discovery and solution definition with customer stakeholders across infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, AI platform teams, and executive leadership.
