About The Position

NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. The Group Sales Coordinator performs confidential clerical and administrative duties for the Group Sales & Travel Industry Department, requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This individual will have access to confidential information and it is imperative that he/she maintain confidentiality at all times. Requirements

At least 2-3 years of Administrative Sales Assistant in the Hospitality Industry.
High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Preference will be given to candidates with current Orlando market experience.

Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe, type, format, and proofread a wide variety of material (for example correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations using word processing, presentation, graphics, and spreadsheet software.
Meet and greet clients and visitors, answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages from external or internal sources.
Manage schedules/set up meetings and appt.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate Manager.
Coordinate training sessions
Assist Director and Managers of the department with Contracts
Attend internal operations meetings to communicate with the Departments Coordinate travel arrangements, marketing and collateral requests, process expense reports invoices, and commissions
Run Sales & commission reports
Act as the main point of contact for all administrative issues.
Must be able to work independently
Must exercise judgment in monitoring phone calls and meeting requests.
Able to work weekends when need it
Work on several projects as assigned
