About The Position

The Growth Intern provides comprehensive support and assistance to the Growth team. Assists with projects and various daily responsibilities and tasks. This role will require an ability to think strategically, offer solutions and collaboration with cross-functional teams on projects that enhance LMCU's Growth initiative and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• A high level of professionalism, as a representative of the Growth Team and LMCU.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time, with attention to detail.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite Products, including Adobe.
• Current college student at Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate status or a recent graduate within the last three months.
• 3.0 GPA or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementation of projects that support Growth initiatives in all regions.
• Participate in developing action plans, timelines and testing processes to ensure implementation success.
• Continually seek enhancements and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Assist with supporting events and equipment for all regions.
• Participate in planning and hosting events on behalf of the Growth and Business Development teams.
• Work independently on assigned projects as assigned by Growth Leadership.
• Prioritize the requests of team members and communicating timeliness to each requester.
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy at all times.
• Perform a variety of routine administrative and operational duties for the Growth Team as needed.
