About The Position

We are building a next-generation AI infrastructure platform that helps developers and companies train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models at scale. Our platform provides high-performance GPU computing, scalable AI infrastructure, and developer-friendly tools that make it easier to build and run AI applications. We work with AI startups, developers, and research teams pushing the boundaries of AI.

We are looking for a Growth Operations Intern to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform. You will work at the intersection of growth, product, and operations , helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement. This role is ideal for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth .

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Strong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

• Experience with growth, marketing, or community operations
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis
• Interest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Help design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams
• Assist with user onboarding and activation programs
• Support user engagement and retention initiatives , including referral programs and community activities
• Analyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement
• Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience
• Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform
