TNT Growth specializes in skyrocketing businesses of all sizes, industries, and revenue models. We’ve spent over $200M on ads to pinpoint exactly what drives explosive growth. Unlike other agencies, contractors, and employees, we’re not just about running marketing campaigns and creating reports in spreadsheets. We embed our data, our rigor, and our A team into our clients’ businesses and impact everything they do. Former and current clients include: Salesforce, Gusto, Formula 1, Synthesis School, and more. The Mission Analytics is no longer a nice-to-have. It’s the difference between scaling deliberately… and gambling with budget, brand trust, and growth. Today, signal is harder to get. Platforms obscure truth. Attribution is fragmented. Privacy rules are evolving faster than most teams can adapt. Yet expectations haven’t changed — leadership still needs clarity, clients still want confidence, and teams still need direction they can trust. Agencies that stop at dashboards lose. Agencies that build decision infrastructure win. This role exists to ensure TNT Growth is firmly in the second category. You will architect, own, and defend TNT Growth’s measurement ecosystem end-to-end — creating a foundation where strategy is grounded in reality, learning compounds, and teams move decisively because they believe the data they’re using. We are a data-driven culture by design, not by slogan. If analytics isn’t just reporting what happened, but actively shaping smarter bets, better allocation, faster learning, and stronger profit outcomes, you’re doing your job. Who This Role Is For (and Who It’s Not) This role is for you if: You’ve led analytics at scale across multiple brands and channels You build systems, not dashboards You thrive in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists You understand attribution not as theory, but as an operational reality You can sit in executive rooms and lead the conversation, not react to it You want ownership — and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes This role is not for you if: You just want to simply analyze Your default answer to everything is “it depends” You rely solely on platform truth You’ve never built frameworks teams actually adopt You avoid conflict, tradeoffs, or hard decisions Your Core Responsibility You own measurement truth. You own how TNT Growth understands performance. You own the system that ensures we scale intelligently, confidently, and profitably. If decision-making accelerates, incidents decrease, retention improves, and clients trust our data implicitly — you’re winning. What You Will Build A Modern, Durable Measurement Operating System Clear KPI definitions and success frameworks across clients Trackable, explainable, repeatable measurement maturity model Attribution approaches grounded in business reality, not fantasy Testing and learning systems clients actually use Forecasting methodologies leadership trusts Make measurement usable for real-world decisions — not reporting theater. A Robust Marketing Data Foundation Event tracking architecture that actually works Tag management systems that don’t break under scale Data warehouse/lakehouse pipelines that don’t crumble under reality Clean ELT/ETL, modeling layers, and BI that teams love using Monitoring, alerting, QA, and documentation that prevents chaos Identity, privacy, and consent-forward frameworks that survive the future Governance: naming, versioning, access, and controls that stop entropy You ensure data is reliable before anyone debates what it means. Advanced Analytics That Drives Profit — Not Slides Insights that change spend, fuel creative, drive CRO, and shift strategy Experimentation rigor that avoids false confidence Incrementality, geo testing, lift analysis, real test design MMM and blended attribution when it’s actually appropriate LTV/CAC, cohorts, and profitability frameworks that elevate conversations beyond ROAS If analytics isn’t changing behavior, it’s useless. You fix that. A Client-Facing Analytics Engine Senior presence in rooms where decisions are made Clear communication about what’s true, what isn’t, and what happens next Pushing back on vanity metrics and fantasy expectations Executive narratives, not data dumps Confidence and clarity — even when uncertainty exists Clients should leave conversations smarter, calmer, and more confident than when they walked in. A High-Performance Analytics Organization Hire and lead analysts, analytics engineers, and data engineers Build standards so excellence is the norm — not heroics Create predictable delivery — intake, scoping, prioritization Make analytics profitable, sustainable, and scalable You build a function — not a dependency.
