PAR Technology is seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Marketing Enablement to build and lead two critical functions: internal team enablement and customer training. This role sits at the intersection of product knowledge, go-to-market strategy, and learning design — ensuring our sales, customer success, and account management teams are fully equipped to position and sell our restaurant technology solutions, while simultaneously empowering customers to get maximum value from our products through PAR Academy. The ideal candidate is part curriculum architect, part content creator, and part cross functional collaborator — someone who can partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product information into compelling training, resources, and tools, and deliver them at scale using modern AI-powered platforms.
