Responsibilities Coordinates the referral intake process under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor / Manager / Director. Records and maintains timely and accurate referral data. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Previous experience in home health or similar business. 2. High School Diploma or equivalent. 3. Familiar with state and regulatory standards for home health care.
