About The Position

University Home Care Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Care Intake Scheduler to join our team in Livonia, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming care requests and scheduling appropriate services to meet the needs of our clients. You will serve as a key point of contact between clients, caregivers, and internal teams, ensuring all scheduling and intake processes are handled efficiently and with the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in scheduling, intake coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process intake requests for home care services promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and caregivers based on availability and client needs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records and scheduling information in the company system.
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and internal staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle any scheduling conflicts or changes professionally and promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and families, addressing questions or concerns as needed.
