WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Home Care Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping families connect with high-quality care.
Requirements
- Proven home care sales experience (this is essential)
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Berks, Lebanon, Lancaster and York Counties
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual communication skills a plus
- Existing relationships within healthcare or community organizations
- Experience hosting community events or outreach programs
- CRM experience
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Selling home care services directly to consumers
- Hosting and participating in community events, educational seminars, and outreach programs
- Developing and maintaining strong referral networks
- Meeting with prospective clients to assess needs and present care solutions
- Representing the company as a trusted resource in the community
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Tracking outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying new growth opportunities
- Performing other duties aligned with home care sales and community development
