What You’ll Do As a Home Care Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping families connect with high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Proven home care sales experience (this is essential)
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual communication skills a plus
  • Existing relationships within healthcare or community organizations
  • Experience hosting community events or outreach programs
  • CRM experience

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with clients, families, and community partners
  • Selling home care services directly to consumers
  • Hosting and participating in community events, educational seminars, and outreach programs
  • Developing and maintaining strong referral networks
  • Meeting with prospective clients to assess needs and present care solutions
  • Representing the company as a trusted resource in the community
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
  • Tracking outreach efforts and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying new growth opportunities
  • Performing other duties aligned with home care sales and community development
