About The Position

America’s Home Health Services (AHHS) is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Home Health Marketer to grow our presence throughout the Pittsburgh territory. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and promoting high-quality home health services within the community.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or medical sales a MUST HAVE
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, and community organizations
• Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with referral partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand AHHS’s footprint in the Pittsburgh market
• Educate potential clients and partners about AHHS services and value
• Track referral activity, maintain accurate records, and meet growth targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Represent AHHS at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
