Requirements

2+ years of front desk or night audit experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong math, analytical, and computer skills; experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or OnQ preferred
Ability to lead the overnight shift independently while maintaining high operational standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities overnight
Dependability, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

Supervise and support overnight front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times
Lead the night audit process, including running audit reports, reconciling accounts, and verifying daily transactions
Review and balance room, tax, and revenue postings to ensure financial accuracy
Assist with late-night check-ins, early departures, and guest inquiries or concerns
Serve as the overnight point of contact for staff and guests, resolving issues calmly and efficiently
Monitor hotel security, safety procedures, and overall property conditions during the overnight shift
Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports for management and accounting
Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
Provide guidance and support to overnight front desk staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures
Communicate important operational updates and guest concerns to the morning management team
