About The Position

This House & Grounds Team Member is responsible for the cleanliness of our
13-acre water park, located in the heart of Branson, MO. You will have the
pleasure of helping guests one-on-one, sweeping debris, and keeping restrooms
clean.

This position starts 05/2/2026 and ends 09/07/2026.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Requirements

• Able to communicate efficiently

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, pathways, stairs, restrooms, and buildings.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Power Washes (hoses-down) pathways to remove debris.
• Addresses guests’ questions and provides direction to attractions and facilities.
• Cleans restrooms and replenishes toiletries and supplies as needed.
• Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Responds promptly to customer needs.
• Responds to requests for service and assistance.
• Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Able to read and interpret written information.
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
• Reacts well under pressure.
• Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
