House Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausSeattle, WA
36d$32 - $35

About The Position

We’re a busy family with a 16-month-old son and a very fluffy dog. Both parents work full time and travel occasionally, and we’re planning to grow our family in the coming years. We’re also in the midst of an exciting transition as we move into a larger home and build out the systems needed to support a growing household. We’re looking for someone who can step confidently into this role and help manage a larger household, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our evenings and weekends can be focused on family time. This position blends household management, family support, and light childcare, with responsibilities that include overseeing household systems and vendors, managing day-to-day logistics, daycare pickup, cooking a few nights per week, and providing backup childcare when needed. You naturally take initiative and enjoy keeping a household running smoothly behind the scenes. You work independently with confidence, communicate clearly and thoughtfully, and take pride in creating order and consistency in a busy family home. You genuinely enjoy being around young children and dogs, and you’re looking for a long-term role where trust, reliability, and partnership matter.
