About The Position

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who thrives on initiative and lives to build better experiences. In this role, you’ll manage the essential "behind-the-scenes" systems that keep our people-first culture running smoothly. You will be deeply involved in recruitment and onboarding, acting as the first welcoming face for new hires, and you'll lead the charge on events that fuel a vibrant employment partnership.

Requirements

  • 3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, GSuite, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You should possess the technical agility to troubleshoot office hardware and adopt new software quickly.
  • Exceptional skills in planning, time management, and multi-tasking. You don't just juggle tasks; you prioritize them effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and the ability to make sound decisions independently while remaining a dedicated team player.
  • A genuine desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the recruitment for designated roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews to find the right cultural fit.
  • Coordinate a seamless onboarding process that ensures every new hire is set up for success from day one.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for HRIS accuracy, ensuring all employee records are secure, compliant, and up to date.
  • Support the recruiting lifecycle by managing the ATS and creating a smooth schedule for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and essential HR documentation to keep the team informed and aligned.
  • Ensure the organization stays "audit-ready" by organizing I-9s, certifications, and required training.
  • Assisting with engagement surveys and internal culture events.
