Requirements
- 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and support a smooth transition into the company
- Assist with employee relations, HR programs, and day-to-day HR operations
- Maintain HR records and support compliance with HR policies and regulations
