The HR Generalist will support the Principal of People Strategies in handling a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. In addition, this position will assist in maintaining human resource information system records and reports as well as ensure compliance with federal and state employment and benefit laws.
