Someone who is equally comfortable analyzing HR data, facilitating a virtual onboarding event, coordinating immigration processes, and partnering with leaders across the organization. This role isn’t about pushing paperwork. It’s about helping build the systems and experiences that allow great people to do extraordinary work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred
  • Knowledge of core HR functions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting immigration processes, HR analytics, or HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees across U.S. locations
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee communications, and HR documentation
  • Assist with performance management, compensation processes, and employee lifecycle support
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison for immigration matters
  • Partner with immigration attorneys on visa processes and documentation
  • Track case status and maintain compliance records
  • Facilitate engaging virtual onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Support HR training programs and manager development initiatives
  • Help design communications that keep employees informed and connected
  • Pull and analyze HR reports to support business decision making
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Support workers’ compensation, compliance, and regulatory processes
  • Assist with company events, employee programs, and cross-department initiatives
