Job Summary and Responsibilities The Program Manager for Physician and APP Listening supports organizational culture and engagement efforts by coordinating the planning, administration, and reporting of surveys and feedback activities for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). This includes managing timelines, logistics, communications, and initial data review in collaboration with external survey vendor(s). The Program Manager partners with physician and APP leaders to help them understand listening insights and identify practical opportunities for local and team-level improvement. The role provides consistent support in turning feedback into actionable steps that strengthen engagement across physician and APP groups. The incumbent also serves as a consultant to physician and APP executive leaders and the Chief Medical and Quality Officer who is the physician and APP engagement strategy owner, supporting the interpretation of survey results and the development of meaningful strategy and measurable actions. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Talent, Learning, and Capabilities team to ensure physician and APP listening efforts align with broader organizational initiatives.
