We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This role will serve as the primary owner of HR technology and will lead a large-scale HCM implementation, driving cross‑functional projects that improve HR, payroll, benefits, and employee experience. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and operationally strategic, with strong project management capabilities and proven experience leading end‑to-end HCM implementations. Experience implementing and administering Rippling is highly preferred.
