The HRIS Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for the execution, delivery, and operational leadership of HR technology solutions in alignment with the HRIS strategy and roadmap established by the Director, HRIS. Enterprise HRIS strategy, prioritization, and final decision authority remain with the Director, HRIS.

  • Serve as the functional owner for assigned HR systems and modules, implementing and enforcing approved configuration standards, governance practices, and optimization strategies.
  • Act as the primary operational escalation point for advanced Tier 2/3 HRIS issues, conducting root-cause analysis and resolving complex system, integration, security, and data issues prior to Director escalation as needed.
