As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting recruiting efforts, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR processes. The role requires someone that is highly organized, detail-oriented, maintains confidentiality, and is eager to grow within the HR field. Why SendCutSend? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively handle a broad range of interpersonal contacts, including those at a higher level and those sensitive in nature

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR support or HR coordinator role
  • Knowledge of employment compliance requirements (I-9 verification, record retention, benefits administration)
  • Experience with employee relations, HR reporting, audit support, and maintaining compliant personnel files.
  • Exposure to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Customer-service oriented mindset with the ability to respond to employee inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
  • Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, changes, and employee questions
  • Process employment-related documentation such as status changes, promotions, and terminations
  • Track and maintain compliance documentation (I-9s, training records, certifications, etc.)
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Assist with reporting and data entry for HR metrics and audits
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting support, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
