The firm’s work can be found across the globe, with projects as wide-ranging as huts to high rises, homes - often for art collectors - to academic, cultural, and civic projects, museums and exhibition design, places of worship, creative production, urban design, and interior design. We are currently seeking an HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, who will play a key role in delivering the firm’s recruiting function. This position leads full cycle recruitment and partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to provide a consistent, scalable, and high-quality hiring experience. Approximately 60–70% of the role is dedicated to talent acquisition and recruiting operations, with the remaining focus on onboarding, early employee experience, and general HR support. The role is designed for a mid-level recruiter who enjoys partnering with managers, using data to improve hiring outcomes, and shaping the overall hiring experience. The selected candidate is expected to work regularly at our Seattle, Washington headquarters with 0% travel requirements.
