Responsibilities: As the on-site HR Coordinator, you serve as the primary Talent Acquisition scheduler and coordinate the initial phase of the employee experience. You will work in close collaboration with the HR/TA Team. You are a key connector between the organization and the employment journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced growing organization
Requirements
- 2 years Human Resources experience
Responsibilities
- Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding planning, and workforce planning support
- Coordinate day-to-day TA scheduling, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support
- Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
- Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
- Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
- Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness
