Human Resources Generalist Company: Solar Energy Solutions Location: In Office Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Onboard new employees and assist in the development of training programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in performance appraisal and management processes.
Provide support for employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
