We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join the HR team and gain valuable experience in the HR field, and overall exposure to a digital marketing agency. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and update HR databases and files.
• Assist with recruitment processes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation.
