Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases and files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation.
