About The Position

Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, coordinating first-day logistics, and tracking completion of required documents Support field recruitment efforts by managing applications, reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks and drug screenings Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates Keep HR files, onboarding checklists, and applicant tracking records accurate and up to date; assist with basic HR reporting as needed Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including recruitment-focused social media posts, Big Blue Yeah! monthly employee recognition, and maintaining marketing materials Support employee recognition programs, training coordination, and other learning and development efforts as needed Assist with various HR and Marketing projects Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Talent Manager

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior level student currently pursuing an Associates or BS degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university
  • strictly follows safety policies, rules, and safe work methods
  • Promptly corrects or reports safety hazards or unsafe conditions
  • Promptly reports injuries for diagnosis and treatment
  • Makes regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous improvement in safety
