About The Position

As our HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be the organizational engine behind our recruiting efforts. You'll work closely with both the HR department and our Talent Acquisition team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your main focus? Scheduling. Lots and lots of scheduling. You'll coordinate interviews, manage calendars, streamline communication, and make sure our Talent Acquisition Managers can stay focused on interviewing, not chasing down availability.
