About The Position

In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant , you will: Bring 5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing. Demonstrate an understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions. Deliver end-user and super-user training, and make decisions related to configuration and troubleshooting. Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation projects and partner-led projects. Contribute to project planning and timeline management. Resolve customer support issues effectively. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, as well as partner organizations. Support pre-sales activities, such as software demonstrations and scoping for prospective clients. Customize and configure applications according to agreed specifications. Design, develop, and document project deliverables in line with agreed timelines and budgets. Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing.
Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions.
Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional implementation or partner projects.
Contributing to project management activities, including creating and updating project plans and timelines.
Resolving customer support issues in a timely and effective manner.
Working closely with key business teams, such as Product, Sales, Support, and partner organizations.
Assisting with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations and prospect scoping.
Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering within Thomson Reuters to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Customizing and configuring applications to agreed specifications.
Designing, developing, and documenting project deliverables according to agreed customer timelines and budgets.
Hands-on involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing.

Responsibilities

Manage several projects in parallel.
