As an Implementation Manager on the Sales team, you’ll be the technical architect at the critical intersection of sales and customer success. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives during the sales cycle to design tailored technical solutions, lead high-impact proof-of-concepts, and ensure a seamless transition from closed-won to successful implementation. This is a high-ownership role that combines technical execution, storytelling, and real-world impact. You’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Implementations and collaborate across teams to bring clarity to complexity—using data, empathy, and urgency to help shippers unlock the full value of the GoodShip platform.
