Learn more about Bank OZK benefits. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including support and maintenance, related to the PC and computing environment for the assigned division. Also responsible for recommending, installing, and configuring PC, phones and related equipment onto the network.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, PC Hardware, and Laser Printers.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Ability to learn other computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to lift computer equipment with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl under desks or reach to install network equipment with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel to other branches in the division.
  • Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective time management skills.
  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Experience with MS Office programs, PC hardware, and laser printers, required.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Provides personal computer installation, maintenance, and support.
  • Provides PC and software support and maintenances.
  • Travels on-site to branches in respective division, as needed.
  • Assist in preparation of new division branch openings.
  • Provides support as needed to maintain inventory of computer related equipment located in the division.
  • Assists in local network equipment and telephone support.
  • Opens and works support tickets.
  • Maintains effective communication with other internal IT teams.
  • Travels on company business on occasion.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
