About The Position

The Inside Sales Administrator is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology and eager to launch a career in sales. This individual will be a crucial hub for the sales department, responsible for driving growth by booking qualified demonstrations for our Outside Sales team, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless team operations. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, proactive communicator who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and excels at making connections. This position is a direct stepping stone to becoming an Inside Sales Representative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring cold calling, cold emailing, and booking meetings is highly desired.
  • An outgoing, persistent, and professional "sales" personality with a talent for building rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software; comfortable suggesting process improvements.
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience using a CRM platform is required (experience with Insightly or Creatio is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities by booking a target of 3-7 qualified in-person demonstrations per week through high-volume cold calling and strategic email outreach.
  • Assist in the execution of targeted follow-up campaigns for tradeshows and other marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary support resource for the Outside Sales team and the broader sales department on various projects and administrative tasks.
  • Provide critical coverage for Inside Sales Representatives during periods of Planned Time Off (PTO), including vacations and leaves of absence.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities within the company CRM system.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with physicians' offices to coordinate schedules and confirm appointments.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve current workflows and suggest new technologies to enhance efficiency.
